At April & Ashley, we want you to love your home. If a piece doesn’t perfectly fit your space, we offer returns on most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack your item in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective inserts are included.

Ship It Back

Affix the return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
